中文摘要:云南保山市核桃坪矿集区位于滇西保山地块,是西南三江重要的铅锌、铜、铁、金多金属资源基地,区域成矿地质背景较好,一直被认为找矿潜力巨大。然而,以往的勘查工作重点关注高磁异常区,而未关注面状低缓磁异常区,同时受到对深部地质特征认识和深部探测技术的限制,其深部矿产资源潜力未能得到充分揭示。文章首先提出了区内面状低缓磁异常可能是矿致异常的新认识,其次采用了大深度、高精度的时频激电探测技术,在新认识和新技术联合运用下,构建了“基础地质先行找异常-勘查区成矿预测圈靶区-物探精测剖面选靶点-钻探工程控制”的有效勘查方法。该方法突破了该区多年来的找矿瓶颈期,在地表完全无矿化信息的情况下,在埋深超过600 m地段揭露厚约200 m隐伏含铜磁铁矿矽卡岩带,圈定隐伏磁铁矿体10个,铜矿体1个,探获磁铁矿资源量:矿石量452.53×104 t,平均品位mFe28.56%,远景可超过10 000×104 t,取得隐伏矿新区找矿重大突破。

New exploration breakthrough of concealed ore in Hetaoping Pb-Zn polymetallic mining cluster from Sanjiang Orogenic Belt, Southwest China
Abstract:Located in the Baoshan Block of western Yunnan, the Hetaoping mining cluster in Longyang district, Baoshan city, represents a crucial polymetallic resource base for lead-zinc, copper, iron, and gold within the Sanjiang Orogenic Belt of Southwest China. The region has long been recognized for its superior metallogenic geological background and significant prospecting potential. However, previous exploration efforts primarily focused on high magnetic anomalies area, while low-gradient magnetic anomalies is neglected. Coupled with limited understanding of deep geological characteristics and constraints in deep detection technologies, these factors hindered the full revelation of its deep mineral resource potential. This current research initiative introduced two critical advancements: firstly, proposing a novel perspective that areal low-gradient magnetic anomalies might represent ore-induced anomalies; secondly, implementing large-depth, high-precision time-frequency induced polarization (TFIP) detection technology. Through the integrated application of these innovative concepts and technologies, an effective exploration methodology has been established, comprising “basic geological investigation-identify anomalies metallogenic prediction target delineation geophysical profiling for optimal target selection-drilling verification”. This approach successfully broke through the longstanding exploration bottleneck in the area. Remarkably, within completely non-mineralized surface terrain, the project uncovered a 200 m thick concealed copper-bearing magnetite skarn zone at depths exceeding 600 m, delineating 10 concealed magnetite bodies and 1 copper ore body. Ore tonnage is 4.5253 million metric tons (452.53×10 4 t), with average grade of 28.56% mFe. Projected resources exceeding 10 million metric tons (10 000×10 4 t).This achievement marks a groundbreaking breakthrough in concealed ore exploration.
