| Some problems concerning sustainable development of mines |

| Abstract:The paper studies the three attributes of mineral resources (Natural attribute, social attribute, and economic attribute), their three elements (resources, assets and capital), and the environment, social and governance strategy (ESG) of sustainable development of mines. Aiming at the typical problems of sustainable development of mines, the advices are put forwarded: ① carry out integrated governance of mineral resources, assets, and capital by innovating systems and mechanisms; ② construct ESG evaluation system of mines complying with earth science theory and geological laws; ③ reconfigurate the integrated management systems of mine rights including the producing enterprises, managing services, and public agencies. |
