The application of artificial neural network to the prognosis of polymetallic deposits
Abstract:The T. Kohonen model, one of the typical artificial neural network, Was applied to the prognosis of 44 gossans in southeastern Hubei, with the rate of Success reaching 100%. The results show that the neural network approach is quite satisfactory and hence might serve as an effective technique for prognosis of polymetallic deposits.
