中文摘要:矿产资源的科学分类,有助于建立和完善中国矿产资源分类体系,对提升矿产资源综合管理水平具有重要意义。通过“中国矿产地质志”项目对各省已发现矿种(矿产)的梳理(2014~2015年),以《中华人民共和国矿产资源法实施细则》中的矿产资源分类细目和《矿产资源工业要求手册》(2014年修订本)为基础,提出矿产资源分类的5个原则,确定了《中国矿产地质志》182个矿种的矿产资源分类方案,并对非金属各矿种按照矿物岩石自然属性进行了科学排序,在全国各省得到了很好的推广应用。经过各省矿产地质志6年的研编工作(2016~2021年),进一步对全国已发现矿种进行了梳理,因此,有必要对全国矿产资源分类细目作出完善,特别是对非金属矿产分类。文章提出了完善矿产资源分类的四项原则和建议方案,将全国已发现矿种数调整为179个。
Abstract:The scientific classification of mineral resources is helpful to establish and improve the classification system of mineral resources in China, and is of great significance to enhance the comprehensive management level of mineral resources. From 2014 to 2015, through sorting out the discovered mineral species (minerals) in each pro-vince by the project of “Annals of Geology of Mineral Resources of China”, based on the classification of mineral resources in the 《Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Mineral Resources Law of the People's Republic of China》 and the 《Manual of Mineral Resources Industry Requirements (revised in 2014)》, we proposed five principles of mineral resources classification and established a mineral resource classification scheme of 182 mineral species in the 《Annals of Geology of Mineral Resources of China》. In this classification scheme, we have made a scientific ranking of each mineral species, and have popularized and applied in each province in China, and have achieved good results in the past few years. However, in the process of application in the provinces, and from 2016 to 2021, the research and compilation of 《Annals of Geology of Mineral Resources of China》 has further sorted out the discovered minerals in China, so it is necessary to improve the classification of mineral resources, especially the classification of non-metallic minerals. Based on the above considerations, this paper puts forward four principles and suggestions to improve the classification of mineral resources, and adjusts the number of discovered mineral species to 179.
